On our recent vacation
we discovered
Bluebird Ranch Family Restaurant
in Machias , Maine
This casual eatery was busy
the two nights we ate there.

There were the usual seafood plates
and much more.
Our big discovery
was Blueberry Hill Salad:
fresh spinach
white onions
wild Maine
bleu cheese crumbles
candied walnuts
blueberry vinaigrette
This was spectacular!
We came home and Connie made her own.
